We take safety seriously. Oh My Transport LLC is fully insured and licensed to operate commercial passenger vehicles in Virginia. We maintain up-to-date liability insurance of $5 million, DMV operating certificates, and all required state compliance documentation. We meet, or exceed, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, adopted by 19VAC30-20-80. Our buses undergo annual state inspection and are part of our extensive maintenance service program. Our drivers have a valid Virginia CDL with Passenger endorsement, undergo random drug and alcohol screening, and participate in on-going safety and driver training.
